Underwater Ordnance Identification Services Needed Off Germany

50Hertz Offshore GmbH has invited tenders for the provision of underwater ordnance identification services offshore Germany.

The project includes extensive tracking to identify anomalies in the ferromagnetic area of the planned subsea cable routes from landfall in Lubmin the priority area for wind energy, West of Adlergrund.

The width of the corridor exploration area is up to 40m, and the water depths range from zero to 40m.

Also included in the scope of work are analysis and interpretation of data, representation of anomalies in maps and lists of objects with information on volume, diameter, shape and depth of each object.

The contract is divided into lots, and tenders may be submitted for part or whole. The submission deadline is April 28, 2013.

The period for the execution of the project is 2 months from the date of contract award.
