In this roll, you will contribute to position Damen as a preferred employer. This starts from the corporate brand, but then goes deeper into our company as an employer. The current job market demands considerable proactivity and creativity. And we ask the same from you. You will contribute to the success of building on the employer brand by telling stories and filling in the enormously diverse vacancies within Damen. From production staff to engineers. And from project managers to office staff. A challenging position that you own like no other.
Key Accountabilities:
You are responsible for developing and execution of all activities to attract, retain and engage talent for our organisation. For this, you are the linking pin between Recruitment and Marketing.
What will you do?
- Strategic planning: initiate and develop a strategic communication approach matching the Corporate and HR goals and needs of Damen and Recruitment specifically.
Identify the employees drivers and best approach for the different recruitment target groups in corporation with our Marketing Department.
- Recruitment strategies: developing and implementing recruitment communication strategies in collaboration with our Marketing Department.
- Content creation: creation of relevant content, such as job postings, standard formats for various communications such as socials, banners, etc.
- Employer Brand: building on the employer brand following the EVP, so that we communicate as OneDamen. To be used by the entire global organization, within Recruitment & HR in particular. Like tone of voice, vacancies template, campaigning and consistent messaging.
- Online: setting up online campaigns in collaboration with our Marketing department. Like SEO/SEA.
- Employee engagement: developing initiatives to increase engagement and satisfaction of our current employees.
- Analysis and measuring: monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of our employer brand communication initiatives and adjusting where necessary based on these data.
Skills
- Bachelor degree level and experience in HR and/or marketing communications or other relevant fields;
- Experience with campaign execution, e.g. social media and other online and offline channels for effective employer identity;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch with the ability to create exciting messages;
- A passion for storytelling and branding;
- Knowledge of modern communication techniques and relevant computer skills;
- Creative, pragmatic and proactive;
- Good organizational skills and a natural networking talent.
