On Community Square you can participate in interesting programs about developments and innovation in the industry, the influence on the labor market and opportunities in the area of the energy transition. Community Square is free to attend! So take a seat on the terrace and discuss new technologies and developments that will turn the industry upside down in the coming years. 

Before hosting her own HR podcast for radio station Werken.FM about the labor market and entrepreneurship, Eva worked in Human Resources. Nowadays, she acts as a consultant, moderator and debate leader and, in addition to HR, specializes in topics such as innovation and sustainability. This makes Eva the perfect moderator for Community Square, where she will discuss all current and future developments in the industry with panelists and visitors. 

Sustainable entrepreneurship is no longer just for idealists. Regulations, but also the market, cause companies to go green. Some companies take a step further and make sustainability an essential part of their business strategy. To what extent must old thinking patterns be eliminated to achieve this? Do we need a new generation that can make a difference? Does our education suit the energy transition? And how important is the sustainable image of a company when attracting talented employees?
