SBM Offshore Announces Agenda of EGM at Rotterdam

SBM Offshore N.V. announces that the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 14 December 2011 at 03.00 p.m. in the Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and the invitation for shareholders to attend the EGM has now been published on the Company’s website.
